Life as we knew it has changed forever. The uncertainty of change is causing so many people to feel stressed and anxious.

When I’ve found myself in these situations in the past my automatic reaction used to be to paddle faster and work harder in the unconscious hope that I would get through it. Rarely did it work, especially when the changes occurring were for the long term.

What I’ve learned is that taking the time to reflect on what’s happening allows me to make a new plan, with new action steps and then I start to feel safer and more peaceful again. Does this make sense?

When did you last make an appointmentwith yourself…for self-reflection?

I have been nudged to create a simple FREE workshop, so you have ‘the excuse’ to take an hour for YOU! I’m probably not going to share anything you don’t already know. I want to create a safe space for you to reflect on life.

What will happen at the back to basics workshop?

The workshop will open and close with a guided meditation / visualisation. In the middle we will take some time to do the Wheel of Life - a simple exercise that I return to regularly when I need to gain perspective and chart a new course for my life. The whole experience will be gently and empowering. I do not envisage a lot of sharing. There will be no pressure to interact with others.

What do I need to attend?

All you need is an hour to yourself and a pen and paper, or a nice journal if you have one!
