a) Read #30 Focus - This may now be your own audio. The more often you listen and / or read this with FEELING, the quicker things will start to manifest.
b) Today we are working on your #4 Focus (b) list from yesterday with everything (and everyone) that your dread, dislike or drains your energy. The video has detailed instructions.
This is a very powerful exercise. The more time you invest the greater will be the benefits.
Classify your list into:
Re Activities - ask the following for each item on your list:
- Do I really need to do this?
- How does it make me feel? Why?
- What needs to change? When?
Re Relationships and Feelings:
Use the following (with full stops) for each item:
I release my need to need to feel / attract / be (There are examples in the video.)
For anything on your list that you feel is a repeating pattern refer to the breakthrough videos below. Many of these feeling - while uncomfortable - have actually become chemical addictions over our lifetime. The videos below explain my discovery last year and the technique I use to clear them.
