To start I have to apologise for the two errors in the video. For suggestive I meant suggestible. I also misquoted the wonderful W. B. Yeats. The correct lines are:

Both today and tomorrow, as usual...at a time that works for you, complete your 3...2...1..and Focus (a) in any order that suits you.

As promised, here's the link with the information on all 3 elements including the audio versions of the meditation.

#21 & #20 FOCUS (I've b1 and b2 to cover the two days. Do them whichever way you prefer!)
a) Read #30 Focus - This may now be your own audio. The more often you listen and / or read this with FEELING, the quicker things will start to manifest.
b1) Read back over your journal since #26 and your Monday Review, adding anything. Observe and note any insights and progress.
b2) Continue your creation of your Vision Board / Treasure Map, if this feels right for you. Where can you keep it safely?
AND / OR
Work on recording your story (on your phone) so you can listen to it as a meditation and / or as a version you can use when out walking or doing other activities with your headphones on.
Whether you record your story as a meditation or you allow yourself to visualise your story at suggestible times like after your daily meditation, before and / or after sleeping remember
Visualisation is VERY POWERFUL.

17 seconds of visualisation is equivalent to 20 hours of physical work
34 seconds is 200 hours / 68 seconds is 2000 hours.
Please listen to the video and be very careful what you choose to focus on at suggestible times. This is VERY IMPORTANT for your progress.

You might like to try it at different times and see what suits you best.
If you already have a meditation practice and / or you'd prefer something else please be guided to honour what is right for you. There is an enormous selection of meditations available online.
