Welcome to #30 aka Day 1!
Originally when planning this challenge I envisaged 3 elements per day but in fact there is a reason the challenge is named 321 Focus as we have 3 elements each day PLUS the FOCUS!
You’ll get the FOCUS each day in your email at 10am.
The 3 repeating elements are the Daily Affirmation, Daily Guided Meditation (from Day 2) and Daily Gratitude.
You can do them in any order that suits you.
It is really important that you watch this video to get set up properly.
3. Daily Affirmation - write each morning.
Personally I prefer the Infinite Spirit wording (inspired by Florence Scovel Shinn, The Game of Life)
Alternatively for the first 2 lines you can write:
I NOW have an AMAZING day today.
Infinite Spirit open the perfect way for me to have an AMAZING day today.
I am ALWAYS in the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time.
I am ALWAYS doing the right thing at the right time.
I am making perfect progress in every moment.
My life is unfolding perfectly for the highest good of ALL.
I am always safe.
I am ready to be ALL that I am.
I write my affirmation every day when I get up first. It sets me up for the day like a good breakfast!
The WHY video below explains the wording. I know myself when I understand the WHY it’s easier for me to make a decision to commit or not to doing something! The video is time stamped for your convenience.
2. Daily Guided Meditation
We will add this from tomorrow - Day 2.
For me this gets slotted in when I need to ground myself during the day and/or when I need to rest and recharge my batteries.
There will be 3 formats for your convenience - Video / Audio / Link to Download.
1. Daily Gratitude
Write out a list of 10+ things you are grateful for.
I am SO grateful for….
You can do this any time during the day. I usually do it in the evening reflecting back on my day!
This will be your question or exercise that you get in your daily email!
Today's Focus - If 30 Days from NOW my life was truly happy and balanced, how would it look, feel and be?
Do listen to the video for more info on this. Consider ALL aspects of your life - yourself, your family, your friends, your work, your community.
