I hope you had a really good day yesterday. I hope you found it easy to get started with the Daily Affirmation and Dailly Gratitude.
Today we add our final of the three daily elements - meditation.

From today we will do the following elements each day:
3 Daily Affirmation
2 Daily Guided Meditation
1 Daily Gratitude
You can do them in any order that suits you.
I’ve created a post so you have the information on the elements that repeat each day in one place for easy access.
I’ll include this link in all your daily emails from today.
If you want to do the 3 elements before your daily email arrives please work away! The whole idea is to add these life enhancing habits to your routine to support you in your life.
You’ll get your FOCUS each day in your email at 10am.
Today we add our Daily Guided Meditation
For me this gets slotted in when I need to ground myself during the day and/or when I need to rest and recharge my batteries. If you are new to meditation just relax and enjoy. Some people are very visual and can ‘see’ everything while others get the sense or feeling and / or you can have different experiences yourself from one day to the next. Find YOUR right time to do your meditation.
I am working to create audios of this meditation as promised. Unfortunately, it was not as straightforward as I thought!
a) Re-read (and tweak each day until you have it the way you really want it) your Day 1 Focus about how you’d like your life to be in 30 days.
b) What makes my heart sing? (more info in video!)
