#28 FOCUS Saturday
a) Read #30 Focus and tweak it until it reads like the perfect story of the life you want to be living in 30 days.
b) How can I be kinder to MYSELF?
#27 FOCUS Sunday
a) Read #30 Focus
Continue to tweak each day until you have it the way you really want it. Read it to yourself with feeling.
b) Read through what you've written so far in your journal since #30. Add anything that comes to mind.

Find YOUR right time to do your meditation.
You might like to try it at different times and see what suits you best.
If you already have a meditation practice and / or you'd prefer something else please be guided to honour what is right for you. There is an enormous selection of meditations available online.
