SO...at a time that works for you, complete the following elements in any order that suits you :

a) Read #30 Focus - Are you starting to really enjoy this story?
b) Our task today is to distill our new story from Focus #30 into 1 to 2 powerful lines. (See today's video above.)
I often find that trying to do these actions with my head can be exhausting and / or the result reads well on paper but truly does not resonate with me. Over the years I have learned to write out a question (or an affirmation depending on the situation) and then wait and ALLOW the right answer to come to mind.
Here's the question I am suggesting. WRITE IT in your journal.
How would I summarise my #30 Focus in 1 to 2 powerful lines?
Go off and do something else. You'll get a sense when it's time to come back to it. Remember, you are always doing the right thing at the right time! So too the answer will 'come in' when the time is right!
When you know your lines...write them out again starting with:
I am SO happy and grateful NOW that I am / I have...

Find YOUR right time to do your meditation.
You might like to try it at different times and see what suits you best.
If you already have a meditation practice and / or you'd prefer something else please be guided to honour what is right for you. There is an enormous selection of meditations available online.
