I hope you're being kind to YOU. I know several people are dealing with colds and physical symptoms. I was SO tired last night I was in bed before 10 pm. Four hours earlier than usual! I absolutely needed that extra rest. Listen to your body and do your best to give it what it needs!
Are you happy with your Focus (b) powerful lines from yesterday? If not, don't worry! There's more in today's video to help you.
So as always...at a time that works for you, complete your 3...2...1..and Focus (a) in any order that suits you :

a) Read #30 Focus - how real is it feeling now?
b) From today we are adding our 1 to 2 powerful lines (Focus (b) #25) to our Daily Affirmation. I am calling this our Vision. (See video for details.)
If you're not completely happy with your lines / vision from yesterday, try writing out this affirmation:
I NOW easily channel my perfect Vision.
Once you are happy with your Vision, add it to the end of your Daily Affirmation each day:
"I am so happy and grateful now that ....(add your vision)
If you like, you can round your Daily Affirmation off with:
I am SO blessed and SO grateful. Blessed be.
Also find other places to have your Vision so you will read it during the day. (You'll hear some suggestions in today's video.)
