How are you feeling? Are you being challenged?
I know some people are being challenged by physical symptoms like colds and physical pain. I had a day of complete exhaustion. Whatever the challenge, my guess is that it is here to show and / or teach you something. When that happens for me I write out a question or two to ask for clarity.
If you need to get past a challenge try writing these questions out or formulate your own question(s):
What is this challenge / ailment (be very specific) trying to show or teach me?
What do I need to do to move through it?
Who can help me?
...and then take action on the answers that 'come in'!

You might like to try it at different times and see what suits you best.
