I hope you're starting to feel more energised again. Today's video is a bit longer (5.16 minutes) as an interesting piece of information came to me as I started recording, about The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

321 Focus! 2018 Challenge - Happy Focusing #22

#22 FOCUS 

a) Read #30 Focus - hope this feels REAL!

b) This should be FUN! What can you do to help reinforce your new story  in #30 Focus? Listen to the video. 

Do you want to create a Vision Board / Treasure Map by cutting out pictures and creating a collage? You could also do this in Pinterest and then print it out!

Do you want to record your story (on your phone) so you can listen to it? You could make it into a meditation and / or make a version you can use when out walking or doing other activities when you have your headphones on.

If you make a recording that you can use to meditate you can start using the power of visualisation to help you manifest your dreams. More on that in tomorrow's video!

Another thought - would it help your busy schedule to record your Story and your Daily Affirmation together to listen to when driving?

You don't have to 'get it all done' today...you can spread it out over the weekend!

Welcome to Day 8 aka #23.

How are you feeling? Are you being challenged?

I know some people are being challenged by physical symptoms like colds and physical pain. I had a day of complete exhaustion. Whatever the challenge, my guess is that it is here to show and / or teach you something. When that happens for me I write out a question or two to ask for clarity.

If you need to get past a challenge try writing these questions out or formulate your own question(s): 

  • What is this challenge / ailment (be very specific) trying to show or teach me?

  • What do I need to do to move through it?

  • Who can help me?

...and then take action on the answers that 'come in'!

I hope you're being kind to YOU. I know several people are dealing with colds and physical symptoms. I was SO tired last night I was in bed before 10 pm. Four hours earlier than usual! I absolutely needed that extra rest. Listen to your body and do your best to give it what it needs!

#24 FOCUS 

a) Read #30 Focus - how real is it feeling now?

b) From today we are adding our 1 to 2 powerful lines (Focus (b)  #25) to our Daily Affirmation. I am calling this our Vision. (See video for details.)

If you're not completely happy with your lines / vision from yesterday, try writing out this affirmation:

I NOW easily channel my perfect Vision.

Once you are happy with your Vision, add it to the end of your Daily Affirmation each day:

"I am so happy and grateful now that ....(add your vision) 

If you like, you can round your Daily Affirmation off with:

I am SO blessed and SO grateful. Blessed be. 

Also find other places to have your Vision so you will read it during the day. (You'll hear some suggestions in today's video.)

321 Focus! 2018 Challenge - Happy Focusing #25

#25 FOCUS 

a) Read #30 Focus - Are you starting to really enjoy this story?

b) Our task today is to distill our new story from Focus #30 into 1 to 2 powerful lines. (See today's video above.)

I often find that trying to do these actions with my head can be exhausting and / or the result reads well on paper but truly does not resonate with me. Over the years I have learned to write out  a question (or an affirmation depending on the situation) and then wait and ALLOW the right answer to come to mind.

Here's the question I am suggesting. WRITE IT in your journal.

How would I summarise my #30 Focus in 1 to 2 powerful lines?

Go off and do something else. You'll get a sense when it's time to come back to it. Remember, you are always doing the right thing at the right time! So too the answer will 'come in' when the time is right!

When you know your lines...write them out again starting with:

I am SO happy and grateful NOW that I am / I have...

Well done!

I started doing this in August 2017. I find it brilliant. It is so important to be your own best cheerleader.

Our 321 Focus motto - Self praise is the BEST praise!

This weekly practice helps you to keep yourself on track and MOTIVATED, identifying and correcting anything that needs your attention! AND acknowledging and celebrating your successes!

Here are the headings / questions:

  • 3 things I want to achieve this week

  • 5+ things I am happy about from last week. (Ideally, things you did that weren't on any list!)

  • What is working / going well?

  • Why?

  • What is not going well? / What needs my attention?

  • Action...and add dates if possible!

  • What reward will I give myself? How many gold stars do you deserve? Give them to yourself!

Today we add our Daily Guided Meditation

For me this gets slotted in when I need to ground myself during the day and/or when I need to rest and recharge my batteries. If you are new to meditation just relax and enjoy. Some people are very visual and can ‘see’ everything while others get the sense or feeling and / or you can have different experiences yourself from one day to the next. 3. Daily Affirmation

I write my affirmation every day when I get up first. It sets me up for the day like a good breakfast! Personally I prefer the Infinite Spirit wording inspired by Florence Scovel Shinn, The Game of Life. Alternatively for the first 2 lines you can write: 

I NOW have an AMAZING day today.

The WHY video below explains the wording in the affirmation. I know myself when I understand the WHY it’s easier for me to make a decision to commit or not to doing something. The video is time stamped for your convenience.

2. Daily Guided Meditation

For me this gets slotted in when I need to ground myself during the day and/or when I need to rest and recharge my batteries. If you are new to meditation just relax and enjoy. Some people are very visual and can ‘see’ everything while others get the sense or feeling and / or you can have different experiences yourself from one day to the next. Whatever happens, be gentle on yourself.

Write out a list of 10+ things you are grateful for.

You can do this any time during the day. I usually do it in the evening reflecting back on my day!

FOCUS

a) Re-read (and tweak each day until you have it the way you really want it) your Day 1 Focus about how you’d like your life to be in 30 days.

b) This will be a question or exercise for self reflection included in the daily email!

321 Focus! - And we're off! #30 (aka Day 1)

Welcome to #30 aka Day 1!

Originally when planning this challenge I envisaged 3 elements per day but in fact there is a reason the challenge is named 321 Focus as we have 3 elements each day PLUS the FOCUS! 

You’ll get the FOCUS each day in your email at 10am.

The 3 repeating elements are the Daily Affirmation, Daily Guided Meditation (from Day 2) and Daily Gratitude.
You can do them in any order that suits you.

It is really important that you watch this video to get set up properly.

3. Daily Affirmation - write each morning.

Personally I prefer the Infinite Spirit wording (inspired by Florence Scovel Shinn, The Game of Life)

Alternatively for the first 2 lines you can write: 
I NOW have an AMAZING day today.

Infinite Spirit open the perfect way for me to have an AMAZING day today.
I am ALWAYS in the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time.
I am ALWAYS doing the right thing at the right time.
I am making perfect progress in every moment.
My life is unfolding perfectly for the highest good of ALL. 
I am always safe.
I am ready to be ALL that I am.

321 Focus! - We start TOMORROW! Are you READY?

I am SO excited!
We start our 30 Day Challenge 321 Focus tomorrow!

Here's the final reminder of what you need and a bit more information...

I've made a video as I know some people find it easier to watch or listen. I've also typed a VERY brief summary of the key points below!

From tomorrow you will get an email at 10am (Irish time) from Monday to Saturday. 

As tomorrow's video will be a bit longer than the 2-3 minutes I've promised as we need to set everything up for the next 30 days...I MADE AN EXECUTIVE DECISION (!!) TO WAIT AND INTRODUCE THE MEDITATION ON DAY 2.

Thereafter, three of the four activities will remain the same every day. YES..you'll be able to get everything done in 20 minutes per day after Day 1! In fact you should still get Day 1 done in 20 minutes too! (I like to keep my promises!)

If you haven't already taken the actions from the welcome email here's what you need to do!
Short summary:

  1. Get yourself a nice journal / notebook.
     

  2. Write the following affirmation in the front to set your intention:

    I NOW have my perfect 30 Day Challenge experience with outcomes better than my wildest dreams.
     

  3. Mark the challenge dates in your diary to make the commitment to yourself NOW!
    #30  September 13; #29 September 14...all the way to #1 October 12.
     

  4. Set a reminder in your phone (if that's your thing!). You can expect an email from me at 10am each morning (excluding Sunday).
     

  5. There is an OPTIONAL Facebook Support Group. If you'd like to join the details are below.
